Meet our staff

All our staff are fully trained to care for children and have ongoing training to update their knowledge and expertise
  • The very best practitioners

It is very important to us that we employ the best practitioners to care for your children and therefore we follow what we believe to be a very high standard of set procedures when recruiting and employing people. We also have a high standard induction procedure for any new employee working in any area of the nursery. This is an area in which we achieved an Outstanding from Ofsted in our most recent inspection.

We have our own team of casual call in staff who provide cover for when full time staff attend training, or go on leave, providing consistent care for the children.

All staff have an enhanced DBS check before they start their employment.
